These Terms of Use govern your use of the Satia mobile app.

What Satia Is

Satia is a GLP-1 tracking journal for people tracking a prescribed or provider-entered injectable plan. Satia helps you record shot timing, refill rhythm, protein, fiber, water, meal context, symptoms, progress notes, optional Apple Health context, and provider-ready history.

Satia is for tracking support only. Satia does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dose changes, medication recommendations, peptide protocols, or medication sourcing.

Medical And Emergency Disclaimer

Always follow guidance from your licensed clinician, prescriber, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on Satia to make medical decisions.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek urgent medical care immediately.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Entering accurate information when you use Satia.
  • Reviewing and correcting AI estimates before relying on them for tracking.
  • Using Satia only for lawful, personal tracking purposes.
  • Talking with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, medication, nutrition, or treatment decisions.

You agree not to misuse Satia, interfere with Satia's services, bypass subscriptions or quotas, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Satia to seek or provide medication sourcing, unsafe protocols, or medical instructions.

AI Estimates And Pattern Reviews

Satia may use AI to turn text or voice meal context into editable estimates for protein, fiber, water, calories, ingredients, and flare-review tags. Satia may also use AI to summarize possible patterns in logged flare context.

AI outputs are estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. You should review and edit AI outputs before saving or sharing them.

Apple Health And Permissions

Apple Health connection is optional and additive. Satia can request read-only access to weight for Progress plus sleep, steps, and active energy for flare context when you choose to connect Apple Health. Manual tracking remains available without Health access.

Satia may request microphone and speech-recognition access when you use voice meal context, and photo-library access when you attach optional progress photos.

Subscriptions And Billing

Satia Plus features may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase. Purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed with RevenueCat.

Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, refunds, and billing rules are shown in the App Store purchase sheet and governed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings or any in-app subscription management surface Satia provides.

Intellectual Property

Satia, including its app design, software, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Satia or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app according to these Terms and Apple's rules.

Availability And Changes

Satia may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Satia may also update these Terms as the product, subscriptions, legal requirements, or vendors change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

Satia is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Satia disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Satia does not guarantee that tracking, AI estimates, summaries, notifications, exports, or Health context will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Satia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, medical decisions, treatment decisions, or reliance on AI estimates or tracking records.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
