What To Include

When you contact support, include:

  • The email address you want us to reply to.
  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • Your Satia app version and build number from Records > Settings.
  • A short description of what happened.
  • Screenshots if they help explain the issue.

Do not send emergency medical information through support.

Subscription Help

Satia subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed with RevenueCat. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account subscription settings. If Customer Center is available in the app, open Records > Satia Plus to manage your subscription.

For purchase, restore, or entitlement issues, include your app version/build and a brief description of the purchase state you expected.

Privacy And Data Requests

For privacy, deletion, or export questions, email support@satia.app with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

Satia stores most tracking records locally on your device. Subscription records are managed by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies.

Satia is a tracking journal and does not provide medical advice. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek urgent medical care immediately.

For medication, dose, symptom, side-effect, nutrition, or treatment questions, contact your clinician, prescriber, pharmacist, or another qualified healthcare professional.
